MINNEAPOLIS - First time homebuyers have a new tool to help them be successful. State housing officials launched a new program called "Framework." It's an online course that teaches the basics of successful homeownership.
"Educated homeowners are less likely to fall behind on their mortgages and are more likely to succeed in the long run," said Julie Gugin, of the Minnesota Homeownership Center.
The online course costs $75.
