Police seek help to find missing Princeton man

PRINCETON, Minn. - Authorities are seeking the public's help in locating a missing 20-year-old man from Princeton.

Cody David Porter was last seen at his home in Princeton on April 29 around 10:30 p.m. He left on foot leaving personal items behind.

Officials say they are concerned for his safety and welfare, but did not provide any specifics.

Cody is described as being 6 feet 1 inches tall weighing 160 pounds with blue eyes and brown hair with highlights. He was possibly wearing a black baseball cap with the green "Monster" energy drink logo on the front and blaze-orange running shoes with zip ties for laces.

Cody has two tattoos. One is on the right side of his abdomen that says "LIVE FREE DIE HARD" in blue block lettering.  The other tattoo is on his right upper chest of a blue star that is about 5 inches in diameter.

The only missing item was a black bag containing unknown miscellaneous clothing.
