GRAND FORKS, N.D. - A Minnesota man is facing a luring charge as the result of a police investigation into a missing North Dakota teen.
Grand Forks police say 20-year-old Jeremy Woolsey of East Grand Forks, Minn., was arrested on Friday, a day after the 14-year-old girl was found in his home.
Woolsey is charged with luring a minor by computer or other electronic means.
The charge carries a maximum penalty of five years in prison. The girl was reported missing last Sunday.
