MINNEAPOLIS- Finally a day that feels like summer. KARE 11 spotted patios packed with people, families at beaches, and farmer's markets buzzing.
"The nice weather certainly affects business," said Josh Petzel, manager at The Local. "This weather gets everyone in a good mood."
Colin McCarty owns Twin Town Pedicabs and says his business is entirely "weather dependent."
"This spring has been slow," he says. "I hope for summer well in to October to make up for the losses."
Since March 1, the Twin Cities has seen only 15 full days of sun.
