LAKEVILLE, Minn. - A 26-year-old southeastern Minnesota man is dead after a vehicle drove into the path of his motorcycle Saturday night.

Lakeville Police say James Batten II of Claremont was traveling north on Cedar Avenue when the driver of a passenger vehicle turned left right in front of his motorcycle at 202nd Street.

Batten was unable to stop and crashed into the rear of the vehicle, causing him to be ejected from the motorcycle.
