Missing man sought in Crow Wing County

BRAINERD, Minn. - Investigators in central Minnesota are asking for help from the public in locating a man who has been missing and unheard from for nearly a week.

Crow Wing County Sheriff Todd Dahl wants homeowners in  Crosby and the surrounding areas to check their residences, cabins and property for any sign of 27-year-old Jesse Larson.

Larson was last seen the early afternoon of Thursday, June 20 at his residence near Crosby. Sheriff's investigators and Larson's family are still unsure of his whereabouts and have been unable to locate or have contact with him.

Jesse Larson is described as 5 feet 9 inches tall and 175 pounds with brown hair. Larson was last seen with a black lab that answers to the name "Annie".

Aerial searches by helicopter and plane are being planned for the Crosby area. No ground searches are being conducted at this time.
