GOLDEN VALLEY, Minn. - We're well into summer now, and that means swimsuits are a key staple to many people's wardrobes as they hit the beach, to beat the heat.
That also means the issue of keeping your body swimsuit ready is on top of mind.
Fitness expert Chris Freytag visited KARE 11 Sunrise with some fast and easy moves to help you stay in swimsuit shape, or finally give you the jump start you've been waiting for if you think you're still not quite ready to be seen at the pool.
