GOLDEN VALLEY, Minn. - It appears doing some good can actually be good for you!

A new study from UnitedHealth Group finds 78% of people who volunteered in the last year reported lower stress levels.

76% say volunteering has made them feel healthier.

94% say volunteering has improved their mood and 80% of recent volunteers felt more in control of their health.
