MINNEAPOLIS--Join the MS Society for journey that can make an extraordinary difference in the lives of people affected by multiple sclerosis. Its the 2013 MS Society Challenge Walk and its happening September 28-29 in the Twin Cities.
Walkers in this two-day, 50k event will travel through the best of Minneapolis and the western suburbs. Walkers will also enjoy a festive kick-off ceremony and overnight at Sabes Jewish Community Center in St. Louis Park and a powerful victory march across the Stone Arch Bridge into Father Hennepin Park.
Funds raised will support community-based MS education, support, advocacy and vital research dedicated to prevention, treatment and a cure.
