OTSEGO, Minn. - An Otsego woman has died after Wright County Sheriff's officials said she fell out of a moving vehicle.
It happened just after 12:30 Saturday morning along Parrish Avenue Northeast, near 93rd Circle, in Otsego.
Officials have yet to release her name but said the woman was in her 20s. They also said she was one of three people in the vehicle, a passenger, and that the other two people in the vehicle pulled over after she fell out.
Lisa Stoll does not know those involved but she was camping nearby.
She said, "We were just sitting with a group of friends and a friend of ours was walking the dog and he came back to our campsite and he said that he saw some commotion going on he thought maybe something happened here over the roadside."
Stoll saw Wright County Sheriff's deputies arrive on the scene.
She continued, "Police obviously got out of their cars very quickly started performing CPR right away and as they were doing the whole CPR thing you saw individuals kind of wandering around the accident site."
According to authorities, the woman died at the scene.
Wright County Sheriff's officials have said they do not suspect foul play but are still investigating. They also said they are looking into whether alcohol was involved.
