SOUTH ST. PAUL, Minn. - Police say an 8-year-old boy reported missing in South St. Paul has been found safe.
Fa'Shawn Raymone Johnson was reported missing after being last seen riding his bike at 9:00 p.m. Tuesday in the area of the 900 block of 9th Avenue South.
Authorities launched a door to door search in the neighborhood surrounding Fa'Shawn's home. After hours of searching police say the boy was found around 7 a.m. sleeping at a friend's house 3 blocks from his family's home.
Investigators will try to determine why no one knew of the boy's whereabouts.
