GOLDEN VALLEY, Minn. - It's a big trend in the local food movement.
We're talking about CSAs, or "community supported agriculture".
That's where consumers pay a farmer for a weekly share of crops.
Now, in a new twist, it's becoming a trend with local art as well.
Laura Zabel is the executive director of Springboard for the Arts, which launched this new initiative, and she came to KARE 11 Sunrise to talk about how it all works.
