BLAINE, Minn. - Three Blaine teenagers who were skateboarding 150 miles in hopes of raising money for depression awareness have completed their journey.

Jake Bailey and his best friends Kyle Olson and Lucas Hess had an idea to do some traveling this summer by longboard.

"We had a friend that lost his life from depression so I guess that kind of inspired us," Bailey said prior to their trek.

The trio traveled from Duluth to Blaine.

They arrived in Blaine on Sunday raising more than $3,000.
