MINNEAPOLIS - Radio station FM 105 "The Ticket" has added a marquee name to its lineup with the addition of longtime Twin Cities broadcast personality Tom Barnard.
"The Ticket", the newest entry in the sports talk market, will air a show with Barnard from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. weekdays beginning Monday, September 9. Culumlus Broadcasting, the owner of three Twin Cities FM stations, says Barnard's show will not conflict with his duties hosting the KQRS morning show, something Barnard has done for nearly 3 decades.
Also joining the 105 talk lineup are broadcasting vets Bob Sansevere and Mike Morris. The two will host the 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. drive time show weekdays. Sansevere and Morris will offer their unfiltered take on the local and national sports scene.
Sansevere will also continue his duties with the KQRS morning show, while Morris joins the station after a decade-long run with KFAN.
"Adding the local credibility of Bob and Mike complements our existing line-up of top talent from our network partner CBS Sports," said Operations Manager Scott Jameson in a written statement. "The Twin Cities now has a listener centric, pure sports local afternoon talk show. We're also thrilled to have market legend Tom Barnard join The Ticket for his daily segment from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. "
Sports Radio 105 is heard on 105.1, 105.3 and 105.7 FM
