GOLDEN VALLEY, Minn. - A lot of us look for a workout that really pushes us, or perhaps leaves us on the ropes, literally.
It's the latest trend at gyms nationwide -- ropes.
In this week's Motivation Monday, Chris Freytag shows us several ways to use ropes.
Many gyms now offer them, and Chris says you can even make your own. All you need are ropes and and anchor point.
Chris suggests you start with ten second intervals and work your way up. Not only will you work your arms and core, you will also get an incredible cardio workout.
