ROSEVILLE, Minn. - Two U.S. Army recruiters were injured in a hit-and-run incident in Roseville on Tuesday afternoon.
Police said that a St. Paul man driving a Jeep Cherokee struck the men near the recruiting center behind Rosedale Mall on County Road B2.
One of the men flew over the hood of the car. The second man was trapped and dragged under the vehicle for about a half a mile before breaking free.
The driver was caught a short time later, police said. They say he has a lengthy criminal history and has outstanding warrants.
