Police search for woman after arrest in Burnsville murder

BURNSVILLE, Minn. -- Burnsville police say an arrest has been made in the shooting at Nina's Grill early Sunday morning.

The man was arrested on Tuesday afternoon in Rosemount, authorities say.

Officers arrived on scene shortly after 2 a.m. on Sunday to find a man's body in the parking lot. The man appeared to have died from a gunshot wound to the head, police say.

Police did an extensive search for the suspect in the surrounding area of Nina's, located on Horizon Drive, but were unsuccessful.

Police say they are now searching for a 20-year-old woman who was was last seen with the suspect who was arrested.

Anarae Schunk is not believed to be a suspect in the homicide investigation, police said.

She was last seen wearing a white, zip-up jacket with a University of Minnesota logo on the chest.
