MINNEAPOLIS - Cookie Cart, an urban non-profit bakery, is teaming up with Prudential, today, to help mentor teens in work, life and leadership skills.

The mentoring sessions are part of Prudential's 19th annual Global Volunteer Day.   Prudential employees will be working side-by-side with teens employed by Cookie Cart to scoop fresh dough, hand decorate cookies, and assemble bakery boxes.  The Prudential volunteers will be sharing practical job knowledge and experience by assisting teens as they prepare resumes, cover letters, and practice interview skills.

Anna Bregier, Cookie Cart's director of development & marketing, says the organization is always looking for volunteers.  To find out how you can get involved, click here.
