ST. PAUL, Minn. -- Ramsey County released some of the evidence jurors saw during the Jeffery Trevino murder trial Friday afternoon.

In all, more than 300 images were released on a DVD and it comprises just some of the circumstantial evidence that convicted Trevino of killing his wife, Kira Steger.

Trevino was convicted last week of murder in 2nd degree without intent for the death of his wife.

On the last night Kira Steger was seen alive, Feb. 21st of this year, it was at the Mall of America on a date night with her Trevino.

There are evidence shots from mall security cameras; one is of the couple leaving in the skyway, another, in the parking garage.

Both images were captured just before 9:30 pm on February 21st.

Trevino reported Steger missing on February 24th.

The jury also saw several evidence photos of Steger's car in the Mall of America parking ramp with an evidence marker of a possible blood stain in the trunk, and, that of a bloody trunk liner.

Inside the home Steger shared with Trevino in St. Paul investigators found evidence of more than 150 presumptive blood spots on the couple's mattress and box springs, as well as blood evidence on the carpet.

The jury was also shown areas of the home that tested positive for trace amounts of blood using luminal.

Several areas tested positive for blood in the bedroom, basement and bathroom areas.

Text messages exchanged between Kira and the man she was having an affair with were also submitted into evidence.

Steger was texting the man during her date with Trevino on that final night anyone heard from her or saw her.

Most of the texts were playful, about bowling and the impending snow storm.

The last message to the man came from Kira at 12:08 am on February 22nd telling him the Minnesota Wild had won their game.

Also, text messages To Kira from Jeffrey were shared.

He sent them after that final night she was seen alive.

The messages span from February 22nd to February 25th.

Five of them came from Jeffrey from his iPad to Kira's phone, she responded to none of them, because at that time the prosecution was telling the jury she had already been killed by Trevino.

All of the messages are Trevino asking Kira in different ways where she is.

The final text was Trevino telling her people were worried and were looking for her.

Trevino was arrested in late February and charged with Steger's murder.

Steger's body was found badly decomposed and beaten in the Mississippi River on May 8th.

Jeffery Trevino will be sentenced for Steger's murder on November 25th.
