MINNEAPOLIS -- The 9-year-old boy who bypassed several airport security check points and slipped onto a plane to Las Vegas will attend a child protective services hearing this week.
Family spokesperson, V.J. Smith with Mad Dads, tells KARE the child is in the custody of Hennepin County tonight.
The boy was flown back to Minneapolis on Saturday, and Smith says the child's parents have not yet seen him, but have spoken with him.
The family expects the hearing to take place Tuesday, but will learn more details tomorrow.
