MINNEAPOLIS - The Minneapolis Police Department and the Bureau of Criminal Apprehension are asking for the public's help in finding a man who has been missing since October 13.

Christopher Simondet, 30, went missing on Sunday in St. Louis Park when he went for a walk with his brother's dog, a Renaissance bulldog named Diesel.

Diesel was found on Friday, but Simondet remains missing, according to family members.

Minneapolis police say Simondet and Diesel had been spotted several times in the past week. Simondet's last known location was near Blake Road and Excelsior Boulevard in Hopkins.

Family members say Christopher has bipolar disorder and they believe he's been off his medication for at least one week.

Simondet is 6 feet 1 inch tall and 180 pounds with brown curly hair and brown eyes. If you see Christopher, you are asked to call 911.
