WEST ST. PAUL, Minn. -- Three teens have been indicted in connection with the shooting death of of Luis David Reyes-Galvan, according to officials.
Dakota County Attorney James Backstrom says the teens, ages 16, 17 and 18 at the time of the incident, were each charged with first-degree murder while committing aggravated robbery, second-degree intentional murder, and second-degree murder while committing a felony.
Authorities say the shooting occurred outside Reyes-Galvan's home in West St. Paul on Jan. 11, 2013.
Two of the teens are expected to appear in court on Oct. 21, and the other will appear in court on Oct. 22.
