Thousand Island dressing
Shredded Swiss cheese
Chop beef and mix with sauerkraut, cheese, and Thousand Island dressing. Take one wonton wrapper and put the mixture in the middle. Moisten the edges of the wrapper and roll. Then bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes, or, for crispier wraps, fry them in peanut oil.
