Macy's shares their Roasted Poblano Shrimp Dip recipe

GOLDEN VALLEY, Minn. -- Macy's is making appetizers easy this holiday season and we'll all be thankful for the tasty results.

Susan Johnson, Macy's Menu Development Director, joined KARE 11 News at 4 to share several appetizer options plus talk about the holiday offerings at the Oak Grill and Lakeshore Grill Restaurants.

Macy's Roasted Poblano Shrimp Dip

6 ounce Poached Shrimp, chopped ½"
9 ½ ounce Artichoke Hearts, chopped ½"
4 ounce Yellow Onion, diced ¼"
½ cup Medium Cheddar Cheese, shredded
1 ¾ cup Asiago Cheese, shredded
1 cup Mayonnaise
¼ cup Sour Cream
¼ cup Garlic, minced
2 ½ ounce Roasted Poblano Peppers, diced ¼"
*Roast peppers directly over gas flame, turning occasionally until blisted/blackened on all sides. Peel/rub off the charred skin, cut out the core and seeds, and dice.
½ teaspoon Black Pepper, ground

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients until well-mixed. Pour mixture into baking dish and place in oven for approximately 10 minutes until its bubbling and beginning to turn golden brown. Transfer to serving dish and serve with Kettle chips on side.
