Corn Casserole recipe submitted by Julie Deitering

Corn Casserole:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees*
Grease or spray a medium-sized oven dish (metal or glass)
1 can regular corn
1 can creamed corn
1/2 cup chopped fresh or frozen onions, more if you like onion
1 heaping cup small pasta raw, uncooked - any kind
2 or 3 T butter, melted
1 cup shredded Sharp Cheddar cheese plus a little more for the topping
Black Pepper - Don't be shy

Toss all ingredients in baking dish. Top with more pepper and additional cheddar. Bake for 1 hour or longer if you want the top nicely browned. Can be baked with other dishes (adjust times according to temp). *Can be done at 400 for 45 mins to an hour or slow cooked for 2 hours at 300.
