MAPLEWOOD, Minn. - Ramsey County Parks and Recreation is publicly auctioning off old tee signs from Keller Golf Course, as the extensive renovation project at the historic course nears completion.
Keller, which originally opened in 1929, closed to the public for renovation on Oct. 1, 2012 and is expected to reopen in early summer 2014.
A total of 32 cast bronze signs are available, including holes 2-18, along with 13 secondary tee signs and two directional signs. All proceeds from the auction will help support preservation projects at Keller.
The auction is being held online through eBay through 9 p.m. on Nov. 17.
Director of Parks and Recreation for Ramsey County, Greg Mack, visited KARE 11 Sunrise with more on the renovations and the items available to bid on.
