GOLDEN VALLEY, Minn. -- Thanks to viewer Don for sharing his recipe for low-carb holiday stuffing.
1 loaf Paleo bread
2 Tbs butter
Celery chopped - 2-3 stalks
Chopped onion to taste
1 tsp minced garlic
16 oz chicken stock
Parsley, thyme, rosemary, sage, salt, pepper to taste
Dash of nutmeg to make it holiday-ish :)
Bake bread and cube. Heat butter, veggies and 1/4 cup of chicken stock
Cool slightly and combine rest of ingredients minus chicken stock
Add chicken stock till moist.
Bake dish in 400 degrees for 40 minutes or more for extra crunchiness
