Ambrosia
1 oz. Cognac
1 oz. Calvados (or Applejack Brandy)
1 oz. Freshly squeezed Lemon Juice
1 oz. Cointreau
Amber Manhattan
2 oz. Amber Liqueur
2 Orange slices
3 French cherries (or cherry liqueur)
Toasted pecans
Gold Martini
1 oz. OPULENT vodka
1 part Goldschlagger Cinnamon Schnapps
1 part Fiji still water
Ambrosia
Shake over ice, and strain in to martini glass. Garnish with a cinnamon stick.

Muddle the oranges, cherries, and toasted pecans. Add Amber and ice, then shake and strain into martini glasses.

Gold Martini
Shake ingredients with ice and strain into a flute. Top with a splash of Piper-Heidsieck Brut Champagne.
