MINNEAPOLIS - Expect a quiet day Wednesday with sunshine. Temperatures are starting out in the 60s this morning and we'll sneak back into the low 80s this afternoon after a somewhat cooler day Tuesday. Overnight we'll see the possibility of thunderstorms late as warmer, more humid air builds into Minnesota.
We'll have spotty thundershowers around Thursday as the heat takes over. Expect highs in the mid 80s Thursday and you'll notice more muggy air around. By Friday, we're looking at highs near 90 and continuing into early next week. Thunderstorms are possible late Friday and on/off through the weekend between hot, humid conditions & sunshine during the daylight hours.
