Bars Bakery Chocolate Chip Shortbread
1 lbs of butter room temp
3 ½ cups of flour
¾ cup of sugar
1 cup of chocolate chip
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cream the butter and sugar in a mixer until fluffy. Add the flour and beat until well mixed. Mix in the chocolate chips and press dough into a 9x13 inch pan.
Bake until golden brown about 22-25 minutes. Let cool and cut and serve.
