MINNEAPOLIS -- The Hennepin County Medical Examiner has identified the gunman accused of murdering two people inside a Metro area grocery store Friday night before committing suicide.
Police say 23-year-old Aaron Parson confronted two fellow employees in the breakroom of Festival Foods in Brooklyn Park around 8:30 p.m., then pulled a gun and fatally shot both of them.
Twenty-one-year-old Michael M. Habte of Brooklyn Park was fatally wounded while 20-year-old Abigail Fedeli died instantly.
Officers followed Parson as he drove to 235 West River Parkway in Minneapolis, underneath the Washington Avenue Bridge. There, Parson fatally shot himself in the head.
