MINNEAPOLIS -- In the northeast corner of the fairgrounds under the water tower, away from the bright lights of the midway and food booths, is the official Minnesota State Fair  campground.

It's filled with rows and rows of campsites, some more extravagant than others.

Some stay in fancy campers with dish satellites and barbecues, while others are roughing it in tents.

There are 258 camping sites in all, and multiple people at each site. Some stay for one day, and others, all 12. Many are vendors but some are just state fair lovers.

One of them was nice enough to let us crash this morning. Metromix reporter Shayne Wells shows us what it's like to live at the State Fair.
