High pressure will be dominating the upper Midwest this weekend. Temperatures will warm into the low 60s Friday, mid 60s on Saturday and low to mid 70s on Sunday under mostly sunny skies.
Winds will be light on Friday and Saturday and pick up out of the south on Sunday as the High pressure center starts to migrate to the east.
Conditions for the marathon Sunday look ideal right now! Temperatures will start out around 50 degrees with an afternoon high in the mid 70s. Noon time temperatures will be in the upper 60s to low 70s, so it won't be too warm until after most have finished the race. Winds will gradually pick up through the morning from the south 10-20 mph by afternoon, and 5-15 mph during most of the morning hours. The all important dew point (amount of moisture in the air) will be at dry, comfortable levels also in the 40s.
