DES MOINES, Iowa - Michele Bachmann has dropped to fourth in a new Iowa presidential poll released Saturday night.
The Republican congresswoman received eight percent in the Des Moines Register's new poll. After winning the Iowa Straw Poll in August, Bachmann has seen her poll numbers dwindle.
Herman Cain was first in the poll with 23 percent, edging out Mitt Romney by one percentage point.
Texas Congressman Ron Paul came in third with 12 percent.
The Iowa caucuses are scheduled to take place January 3rd.
