GOLDEN VALLEY, Minn.--  It's a delicious competition, and you're invited!  Competing chefs from Roman Anthony's and Grecco's on the St.Croix will battle for supremacy this Tuesday, November 22nd from 1-5 p.m.  The public can see the live competition at Roman Anthony's, followed by a 7-course dinner at 6:30 p.m.

1 cup Cooked Risotto
4 oz heavy Cream
1 oz Chopped Garlic
2 oz Of Parmesan Di Parma
1 White Truffle ( if you can afford it - or just use oil)
1 oz White Truffle Oil 

1. In Saute Pan add heavy cream and bring to a simmer
2. Add Grated Parmesan Cheese and Shaved garlic
3. Plate into a serving bowl ... Shave White Truffle as garnish and flake over risotto
4. drizzle with a little White Truffle Oil
