Spicy holiday appetizers with the Curry Diva

GOLDEN VALLEY, Minn.--  This morning chef Heather Jansz shared her spicy combinations and tips for holiday appetizers.

Heather is hosting a Curry Night dinner at the Highland Grill tonight at 6:00 p.m.  She will also be a Tryg's on Dec. 22 from 4-6:00 p.m. for free spicy appetizers during their holiday happy hour.

Spicy Salad Dressing
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tbs balsamic vinegar
salt to taste
1 tsp of curry diva blend of roasted spices
(or 1/4 tsp each of cumin & coriander,black pepper & paprika)
2 cups assorted fresh greens, chopped ( your own selection)

Blend together in a blender or shaker and mix.  Toss into salad greens.  Serves 2.
