PLYMOUTH, Minn. - Here is an encore presentation of a Motivation Monday that originally aired in February of 2012.
It seems no matter who you are, everyone has some part of their body they think is especially strong.
And to be fair, we all have some parts that need some work.
With that in mind, the month of February, Motivation Monday fitness expert Chris Freytag is going to show us exercise at home and in the gym to target those trouble areas.
This first Monday, Chris is helping the ladies with those muscles women love to try to tone.
