GOLDEN VALLEY, Minn. -- The Rodizio Grill brought some latin flavors to KARE 11 Saturday. Owner Anees Nummari and Chef Dee Mounmauangtai prepared beef and chicken skewers with a garlic rub.
Beef Garlic Rub
1 cup of peeled garlic cloves
½ cup water
1/3 cup salt
1/3 cup diced onion
1/3 cup parsley
Place all ingredients in blender and puree. Spread light coating evenly on meat with pastry brush.
