MINNEAPOLIS - Much of Minnesota has been pummeled recently by storms and with more rain impending it is no surprise that much of central Minnesota is under a flash flood watch until late today with certain areas experiencing flood warnings.
Here are a couple good tips to stay safe when dealing with high waters:

- 2 Feet Of Water Can Float A Car
- Stay Away from electrical Wires
- 6" Of Water Can Sweep A Person Away
- Don't Play In Flood Waters
