Some of the candidates for the St. Paul Firefighter calendar models stopped by to show Kim how to make a delicious chicken salad.
You can help choose the firefighters who will be included in the 2013 St. Paul Firefighter Calendar.
Just visit their Facebook page, and 'like' the photo of one of the 19 firefighters you want to see in the new calendar. You can also watch videos of the firefighters vying for a calendar spot. Voting runs through July 8th.
Romaine Apple Pear Salad Recipe:
2-4 ounces shredded swiss
1/2 cup cashews
1/4 cup craisins
1 apple
1 pear
Dressing:
1/4 cup sugar
2/3 cup conala
2 tsp onion
1/3 cup lemon juice
1 tsp dijon mustard
1/2 tsp salt
