STILLWATER, Minn. - The owner of a Twin Cities casting agency is charged with two counts of criminal sexual conduct after allegations he molested two boys over a two year period.

Prosecutors say 43-year-old Matthew David Feeney sexually abused the juveniles, who were clients at his agency, between May of 2009 and the summer of 2011.

They maintain that Feeney befriended the parents of the boys, ages 9 and 14 at the time the abuse allegedly began, and started bringing the boys home with him one at a time by making promises of candy, video games, and movies.

The victims say while sitting on the couch at the defendant's home watching movies Feeney would put his hands down their pants and sexually touch them. The older sibling said it happened 6 or 7 times in the two years; His younger brother also says he was victimized multiple times.

Feeney's actions were brought out in the open in 2012 when the mother of the young victims was posting their pictures on Facebook. When the older boy told her not to, she asked why he was uncomfortable with his body, and the teen tearfully told her about what happened.

When the boys' mother asked the younger sibling if he had been molested by Feeney he also tearfully said yes.

Matthew Feeney was previously convicted of fourth degree criminal sexual conduct in Aitkin County in 1992, and is currently facing charges of indecent assault and battery, enticing a child and unnatural acts in Attleboro, Massachusetts for the alleged sexual assault of a 14-year-old boy in his home.

If found guilty of the charges filed in Washington County Matthew Feeney could get 25 years in prison on each of two charges.
