ST. PAUL, Minn. - Two victims were shot while parked at St. Paul intersection on Wednesday morning.
Witnessed said they heard booms and saw a man running away from the intersection Chatsworth and Concordia streets at about 11:50 a.m.
The shooter walked by the car and fired into the car, police said. They said the car drove from the scene, but came to a stop at University Avenue and Rice Street. Medics arrived at the scene and took the victims to an area hospital.
One of the victims was the driver, police said.
