MINNEAPOLIS - Hennepin County Attorney Mike Freeman and Minneapolis officials are holding a news conference Monday to discuss the latest developments in the killing of a 5-year-old boy.

Nizzel George was sleeping on a couch at his grandmother's house in north Minneapolis last Tuesday when he was hit by a stray bullet.

Police arrested two juveniles in Columbia Heights on Thursday.  Prosecutors have until Monday afternoon to decide whether they will file charges. They plan to make an announcement at 2 p.m.

About 120 people turned out for a vigil Saturday night in the neighborhood where George died. Residents say they will set up a community crime watch and will attempt to persuade armed teens to give up their guns.
