FOREST LAKE, Minn. - The body of a missing boater has been located on the surface of Forest Lake.
The Forest Lake Police Department was notified of a dog found swimming unattended in the lake Monday afternoon. An unoccupied pontoon boat was found unattended and drifting.
On Thursday, the body of Tod Crawford, 51, was found about a half a mile from where the pontoon boat was found on Monday.
Washington County Sheriff's Water Patrol, Minnesota State Patrol Aircraft and the Forest Lake Fire Department were all involved in the search.
