WRIGHT COUNTY, Minn. - An elderly couple is dead after a one-car rollover Tuesday afternoon in Albion Township.

The Wright County Sheriff's department says 88-year-old Gordon Robinson and his 87-year-old wife Louise were driving on the 5800 block of County Road 5 Northwest just after 4:40 p.m. when their 2011 Impala left the roadway.

Accident reconstructionists believe the vehicle careened into the west ditch, hit a driveway approach, went airborne and landed on its side.

Both Gordon and Louise Robinson were pronounced dead on the scene. Investigators say they were wearing their seatbelts at the time of the accident.
