MINNEAPOLIS - A 31-year-old Crystal man has been indicted for possessing with intent to distribute 398 grams of methamphetamine, according to federal court documents.
Prosecutors said that on March 6, Lozano was in possession with intent to distribute 50 or more grams of high-purity methamphetamine.
During the execution of a state search warrant at Lozano's apartment officers found the methamphetamine, a scale, packaging materials, a .357-caliber pistol and about $30,000, prosecutors said.
If convicted, Lozano faces a potential maximum penalty of life in prison.
