MINNEAPOLIS - The Twin Cities River Rats water ski team is set to perform four free shows over the weekend as part of the Minneapolis Aquatennial celebration.

The team performs every Thursday along the Mississippi River but has been forced to cancel some shows this year due to high water. The team says that has hurt some of their fundraising efforts as they rely on donations at shows.

New this year, the team is incorporating the FlyBoard into their show. The contraption uses water pressure to launch riders up 30 feet in the air.

You can catch the Twin Cities River Rats show this weekend both Saturday and Sunday at 3 p.m and 7 p.m each day. The show is done on the Mississippi River along West River Road between Broadway Avenue and Plymouth Avenue.
