ST. PAUL - Looking for a unique way to learn more about the Mississippi river? The "River City Revues" on the Padelford Riverboat in St. Paul are just the ticket you need.
The Mississippi River Fund is making an effort to get people closer to the river by offering 2 hour river cuises filled with music, artists, scientists, and park rangers talking about the river.
Starting with the "Drink the River" cruise on Wednesday, the Mississippi River Fund is hosting three cruises, each with a different theme. Online tickets for Wednesday's cruise are sold out but a limited number of tickets will be sold on the dock starting at 6 p.m.
Tickets for the next two cruises in August are still available and can be purchased here.
KARE 11's Bryan Piatt learned more Wednesday on KARE 11 Sunrise.
