MINNEAPOLIS - A $1,000 reward is now being offered to anyone that may provide vital information in the hit-and-run case that left 23-year-old Matt Call seriously injured.
Minneapolis Police and Crime Stoppers have teamed up in hopes of getting the public's help in identifying the suspect in the south side hit-and-run.
Call was struck by a motorist while attempting to get into his vehicle on June 27 near the corner of Lyndale Avenue South and 24th Street in south Minneapolis. The motorist fled the scene in what was described as a black Jeep Grand Cherokee.
Call was taken to the Hennepin County Medical Center and treated for two broken femur bones and several other injuries.
Minimal information regarding the incident has been reported.
