BLOOMINGTON, Minn. - The Hennepin County Medical Examiner identified the man who died Friday night at the Mall of America.

Raheem Aaron Waheed, 52, died when the cab of his U-Haul truck was crushed by a concrete slab inside a parking ramp.

Police said Waheed likely misjudged the height of his moving truck when he entered the parking ramp. The truck struck a concrete support beam causing the concrete to fall onto the truck.

Waheed's wife and 12-year-old daughter were also injured in the accident. Their condition is unknown.

The medical examiner says Waheed's manner of death and cause of death are still pending.
